I'm guessing derailleur hanger ... but I could be wrong.

Try Crown Cycles. They pretty good at finding the correct part.

Best is to contact Felt directly, last I heard they're no longer brought in by a local supplier.

www.wheelsmfg.com. Find the one you need, then call Rush Sports to order. You'll have it by Thursday afternoon if they've got stock, otherwise try Paragon in Paarden Eiland - they were the Wheels Manufacturing agents until not too long ago and may have some stock left.
