cadenceblur Posted September 11, 2014 Share Hi guys Looking for some HELMET advice. In the market for a mtb helmet with a bit more protection than my current road specific unit. I have looked at the following, considering colours, reviews and availability etc: Bell Stoker - not keen on fit and lookSpecialized vice - an option, but side and rear coverage is not optimum, also lacks padding Bell Super - nice, but pricey I'm leaning towards the Super, I want a helmet that will not make me want to change later on, I also don't want over kill with respect to my riding (if that makes sense) , not that you can't have enough head protection I guess. I would not consider myself to be an enduro rider, but I enjoy a good mix of trail and XC, This a consideration as I want something comfortable, that won't have me overheating on longer rides. Input will be greatly appreciated.

cadenceblur Posted September 12, 2014 Share Thanks, thta Met does look nice. Will have a look. Online is obviously a challenge due to fit and import costs are prohibitive.Spoke to Dial'd bikes - no stock at present, will try Velolife
