Has anyone had any luck in tracking their parcel, either online or by phone?

I had two parcels sent on the 19th Sept from Phalaborwa to East London. According to the track and trace feature. 1 item in still in phalaborwa the other is not even loaded onto the system yet.. FFS!!! So damn frustrating relying on services like this.

Tey are a F-ing joke. At least CRC are helping me out at no additional charge. Kudos to them.

I have received an email from our Parcel Force account manger advising that your order is likely caught up in the strike action. Your order will likely still arrive so please contact us if it does.

In the meantime we can process a claim for loss and send you a replacement with DHL Express.
