Used Canada post and the tracking details shows this: Location : ZACPTD,South Africa Description : Item has arrived in foreign country 4311 But its been like this from the 14th of September. They use Sapo when the package gets here. Can I go collect it somewhere?

As you walk in there is a sign saying they expecting delays(like we dont know). It says delays up to 2 hours. There where about 10 people sitting in chairs off to the side and a que with only about 5 people in. After standing in the que for 10 min and not moving I asked someone in a chair whats the deal here. He said you get to the front of the que (only 1 teller open), Give your details, She does some typing on the pc and tells you to sit. Then you wait for the sorter (also only 1 guy working) to go look for it. Then I asked him how long he had been there and he said it was about a 45 min wait in the que and then he had been sitting for just over an hour and hadn't been served yet by the sorter. So I decided to leave. I must admit this was at about 11h00. Maybe if you go early it will be quicker? Let us know if you come right and good luck.

Trackmonster Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I have a frame in the mail and I cant track it or find it. ITs been there for weeks now and I cant get it. That's if its even there still. So, my only option is to go buy another frame if I want to ride. I'm putting in a Post Office insurance claim which could take months to process. Every basic service in this country is collapsing along with our economy.

Also had a long wait for my Easybike order in the last month, but I'm luckier than most because I did eventually get my stuff. What really gets me is that SAPO management instructs employees to NOT tell customers about strikes! So, you never know what kind of service to expect when using them. I think all local online shops should ditch SAPO as a shipping option permanently!

They have started to get drips and drabs but no luck yet. I am gob smacked that they have been allowed to disrupt the postal service,and vandalize po buildings with no consequence what so ever.DISGUSTING!!!!! Edit spelling

When I order from Kalahari last September, they disabled the option to select postal services. Seems you were one of the unlucky ones.

All I know is it's a damn joke, parcel of mine finally got to my postoffice after almost two months, went there on Saturday. Closed due to safety and industrial action.
