Yzerfontein via West coast road

Hi guys.

 

Been commuting to work and back for a short while now, doing just under 50km total in a day.

 

I want to do the 130km challenge on the strava website and was wondering if I'd be ok taking the west coast road to Yzerfontein and back.

 

If not, is there any other routes I can try, starting out at Table View. Obviously the flatter the better.

west coast might kill you from sheer traffic or sheer boredom. Find a more entertaining route where people aren't trying to max out their cars
