Send him an email stating that you are still willing to give him a refund, up until a certain date. This might just came back to bite you in the ass. Just to keep your side of the park clear :-)

I have seen deals gone very sour after a refund was offered and never acted on. One thing leads to the next and so on and so on.

You sir are the gentleman in the story   For me to do business with you, anytime!

Good advice, then I would also have a record of me offering him a refund incase the deal goes south. So then there would be no confusion as to what deal is on the table . Very sound advice, and kind words. Thanks .

I can attest to the fact that Thfc is also a pretty decent fellow to deal with when he's the buyer.

PS. you should bring the steed to the Hakahana Enduro at the end of the month. ;)

Spoke to buyer, and he has had a torrid time of late. Car blew up,lost cell with all contacts and other financial dramas to boot. Glad this is gonna be resolved, and I can pay him his money back and resell the pedals. At least it's an amicable ending.

Now to flog the pedals before sun :-))
