Traverse Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 A Buddy of mine phoned me this morning, telling me how bad the route is. He and Hennie Kriek rode Parts of the route and the Mamba Switchback on Saturday and said its very bad. Previous rains and Storms have left huge rocks and donga's on the mountains. And going down is even more dangerous. They say its going to be a very Tough and Slow winning time this year. And it rained hard on Saturday. [emoji107]Sabie is supposed to be tough, did it last year in 7 hours with constant rain. If it doesn't rain on race day it will be perfect![emoji6]

(think its these damn Mozambiquens i have to deal with everyday)Entered the Ultra, but will see how i feel on Thursday. If im not 100% i will give it a skip. Did the Marathon before last year on 1000mg Antibiotics. Never ever again. That Mamba Switchback felt like it was 10km Long......
