FlyingScot Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 I have the 2014 bike and must say it is an awesome machine! Mine comes with the 3 settings on the shock, however I generally set it on the middle one and leave it there - in fact I have never adjusted either the front or rear shock on the ride! Just get your rebound and the pressure set right and there is no reason to fiddle (unless you do some serious downhill racing). Great bike - enjoy it!
madbradd Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 I've got the alu 2013 model, XL, but with full xt and racing ralph snakeskins. Without pedals it was 13.1kgs. Also mine has the standard fox ctd front and rear. Not sure if theres a weight saving on the kashima. Also the advanced wheels are an upgrade on the standard ones so might be more of a weight saving there.
