I am running Cranks Pedals and need to get some spacers to put behind the spindle where it attaches to the Crank to move the pedal outwards and correct the width (or Q Factor). I have struggled to find these anywhere though - I have one or two that came with cranks and others i got when i did a bike setup but i have three bikes that i need for.

I made some by drilling washers but they are a bit agricultural, and know that you can get these somewhere but for the love of me i can't find them. Anyone have a clue as to where i can get these ?

I need to move the pedals out by 2 mm on each side. On Shimano etc you move the cleat on the shoes but on Cranks they are fixed pretty much in place.

in keeping with the agricultural approach, the top clear plastic cover

(not the lower black portion) of a spindle of CDs/DVDs is exactly 1mm according to my vernier.  Two of these and your spacing issues are sorted. Or you can hunt around for a suitably sized washer. I'd make mine chop chop from the plastic rather.

If you supply dimensions or a drawing of what you want we could 3D print some spacers for you out of PLA or ABS? Let me know if you're keen.

If I understand you correctly you want a 2mm spacer that will slip over the pedal thread and then get tightened up against the crank arm. If so then I'm pretty sure a plastic spacer isn't the correct thing. Plastic will compress as you tighten the pedal onto the crank, causing the threads to continuously work themselves loose. I would suggest getting someone who has a lathe avaliable to make you ones out of steel, preferably stainless as it won't rust.

Hope I'm understanding what your wanting to do, otherwise I have given you all the wrong info...
