Not sure who have had the pleasure of dealing with these chaps.

Due too useless postal service my purchased rims are probably still on its way, so headed on holiday with a pretty bruised rear wheel.

One call to them on Friday, told to drop off on Modnday and they will see what they can do. Call on Monday afternoon, replacing rim is no can do as suppliers are closed till 5th ( and I am one of stupid smucks with 28 h rims, so they have nothing on hand) call on tuesday, tried our best and come have a look.

Replaced alu nipples with brass and trued it as best they could. R65 later and a 98.5% straight rim for riding last few days before home & hopefully new rims waiting.
