But depends where you're going, The Drakensberg stretches from Limpopo to Eastern Cape.

Have never been, so not sure where to consider going for a ride...There are a few cool trails that start right at Dragon Peaks. I was there a couple of weeks ago. Find out about the technical level of each color before going out because there are some pretty hair raising sections when coming down the mountain and a nasty climb to get to the top of the red, black and blue trails (if memory serves me right). Mount Splendour is also close by and they have a trail there that will suit entry level riders. The red route is quite basic but you can go onto blue for something slightly more difficult but nothing hectic.
