DU Bushing replacement

I seem to have a tiny bit of play at the rear mount of my Fox Van RC shock and suspect it to be the DU bushing.  Basically when I unweight my bike by lifting on the saddle I can feel the little bit of play.

Anyone have any idea where to source a replacement and experience with cost?  The job itself seems very easy to do, but getting the parts seem a pain.

The older DU bush for my for my RP2 cost me R40 from Olympic Cycles when I last replaced. They had stock. Pressing in the new one was the tricky bit but used a drill press makes it easier.

60 bucks installed if it's just the bushing, R 260 if the shaft's worn as well. Takes about 5 minutes, just let me know what size it is before you bring it in.

I'm assuming he will need to know the bolt hole diameter (for the bolts holding the shock to the frame) and the width of the installed hardware ie measured across the bolt holes when the bushes are in place in the eyelet.
