R200.00 (Elites, U23, U19, Sub-Vets, Vets, Masters, Ladies)

R150.00 (U16)

R100.00 (U14, U12, U10)

Registration

Registration will open at 07:00am and will be closed to entrants 30 minutes prior to their start time. Timing chips will be available (R50.00) at registration as per the League Timing chip – Mobii

 

Please note:

Entries will be accepted on the day of the race at a fee of:

• R250.00 for Elites, U23, U19, Sub-Vets, Vets, Masters, Ladies,
  
• R200.00 for U16
  
• R150.00 for U14, U12, U10
  

NB: No rider will be permitted to ride without a valid CSA licence – should you not have a CSA license, you will be able to purchase a day license at each of the events for a cost of R35.00

 

Start Group 1 - Start Time: 08:00am

• U16 - 76.2km (6laps)
  
• U14 - 50.8km (4laps)
  
• U12/10 - 25.4km (2laps)
  

Start Group 2 - Start Time: 10:00am

• Vets / Masters / Ladies - 101.6km (8laps)
  

Start Group 3 - Start Time: 13:00pm

• Sub-Vets / U19 - 114.3km (9laps)
  
• Elites / U23 - 152.4km (12 laps)

Keen to come and watch this race but I can't find a map of the circuit anywhere. No wonder there spectators are not turning out to watch these races! WP Cycling needs to get its act together if they want to promote cycling in the Western Cape. Very poorly promoted event!

stop making excuses all the info is above, lady Loch circuit, Wellington, google maps & off you go, if you do it now you can still catch the Vets & Elites which only go off at 1pm.

Rode with Vets. Got into a break with a Vitality rider for two laps. Next lap wa spent closing down another breakaway with the peloton.

 

3 man break formed with 2,5 laps to go. Think it was Rodriguez, Wheeler and an Aurecon rider.

 

Don't know who won.

Wow that was brutal! I have never raced in heat like that it was relentless. Most riders in elites and sub-vets dropped out. Out of 50 sub-vet starters only around 10 finished. I got 7th eventually after riding the last 3 laps solo.
