Cargyrl Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 We would need a properly covered 250m velodrome in Johannesburg, then the hour records could be attempted, financing an hour record attempt is prohibitively expensive, must be done on the back of SA's track champs to make financial sense.
