stefanx Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Bought a Thule Euroway G2 yesterday, and the number plate section seems to trouble me a bit. How do you fit the number plate nicely so it don't fall off. Its got 2 hooks you slide it in a t the bottom, but the top has none. Should you just double side tape the plate or is there a better way? Any advice much appreciated!
N-I-N-J-A Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 You should break out those little pieces (I see three of them) an use them to secure the top...
Race Turtle Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 What Ninja said plus I used pop rivets on the top corners as well just to make extra sure they don't steal my number plate for e-toll purposes
Rust Never Sleeps Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Ninja is correct.Push the tabs out, slide number plate in and re-insert tabs
stefanx Posted June 9, 2015 Author Posted June 9, 2015 Thanks for the pic Ninja, nicely done. I was thinking I should remove those, but I just want to make double sure. Unfortunately I didn't get a manual. Bought the last one from the display stand hehe.
