Good day all out there ...

I have a question if anybody else has possibly experienced the same problem ... and how they managed to get round it ...

The magnet for my cadence sensor does not fit between the frame of my Scott Solace and the crank .. I see there are possibly magnets that fit into the pedal socket, has anybody had experience with these, or other methods of solving the problem?

Thanks!

You have stated your own solution. A small round magnet in the pedal hole works just fine, all my bikes are fitted like that.

I use a magnet from a slot car, it's about 4mm thick and diameter about 10mm, fits perfectly.
