I had a complicated issue with a wheel that has now been rebuilt and I'm confident that I won't have any issues with it. Was kept abreast of progress all along and I even know a bit about wheels now as well! Highly recommended.

Pah Bear Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 ABSOLUTE CONSENSUS here. Had wheel issues and they allowed me to go into the workshop and watch the mech undoing my mess and sorting out the job. So ... learnt something valuable on bike maintenance. Kevin is very willing to share info, Zampie is an awesome mac, Rafiek is friendly and reception ... always smiling. Will use their service anytime.
