News bot Posted July 17, 2015 Share After long, successful negotiations, an agreement was this week concluded between Cycling South Africa (CSA), the Pedal Power Association (PPA) and the Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust (CTCTT) whereby all events on the PPA calendar with a racing element will be sanctioned by Cycling SA.
