SteveS Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 So went to my LBS (Johannesburg) to have my DT Swiss rear shock serviced this week, only to be told that it is going to take two weeks for the service. Apparently only DT Swiss themselves are allowed to work on the shock. It has to be sent to Cape Town, and whole process will take two weeks!!! Is this the norm? I find this unacceptable!!!

PieterJvR Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 Do some research - I thought DT Swiss were in Jhb....+1Or go to another LBS If the DT Swiss is on a Scott, it is serviced in JHB - they fetch it from LBS do the work and courier is back when they are done, can't remember how long it took them to do mine, but sure it wasn't more than a week
