Wanting to get into Trials riding

Hi there I am looking at starting trials riding and need help in finding a bike and if anyone does it. I am based in Durban and really want to get into this sport

Look for peach through the hub. ...he's going to recommend you join the trials south Africa Facebook page. ...so I reckon look for that and start there.

I went down the same route.

As in Observed Trials? If so, drop me a PM and I'll put you in touch with the right crowd. I have a mate Kyle who pretty damn good at it. His old man might actually be on the hub.

 

I'm very keen to get started as well with my boys. My eldest has some good skills IMO.

Hey,

Yea the FB page is a good place to start.

There is a kid in KZN, Robert Jessop who started recently and is getting pretty good.

 

As far as bikes go, they occasionally come up for sale 2nd hand. You could try Dylan Victor at cycle lab in CT or online if you can afford to bring one in yourself.

 

If you are starting out then just use a DJ frame for a year or 2.

Hi Guys im a trials rider and importer for Echobikes i can bring the bikes in about 10k cheaper than any overseas trials shops on the websites.

We ride as a group in CT every Sunday and Tuesday. We ride sea point, campsbay, town, milnerton, Blouberg, stellenbosch, paarl, Muizenberg, fish hoek and Somerset west.
