Dazshell Posted August 8, 2015 Share So, the 100km ride ended up as a 90km ride at 29kmh ave. Close enough. Annnnd.....no pain! As I said previously, I still need to get one extra shim inserted into the right shoe, otherwise the difference has been huge. No knee pain, no ITB agony and no sore feet. My buddy who also had a fitting done and has been battling with back pain since he upgraded bikes, had NO back pain and got his mojo back going up hills for the first time this year. If you are having ANY discomfort on your bike, you need to get a proper fit done. Can't believe I waited over 2 ears and nearly 19 000kms!
Li Mu Bai Posted August 8, 2015 Share Bike fit is essential. Go see Cyclefit (if in JHB). best money you will spend on your bike, guaranteed. Think you can DIY it? you will be astounded how far you are out.Different setups and anaylises can mean varying costs.
