Everybody's welcome! There will be Downhill and Enduro lines and categories, so anybody with a trail bike will be able to ride the course.

For those of you who are new to the Gravity side of the sport, this is a great opportunity to see what it is all about. There will be extra bikes, helmets and protection, and some of the more experienced guys will be on hand to show you around. (Free, informal skills classes will happen on the practice day.)

There will also be Banshee Spitfire bikes to demo on the Saturday.

Practice will be on Saturday 22 August, and the "race" will take place on Sunday.

Ultimately this is not a race, but a fun weekend with uplifts, medics and timed runs on the Sunday.

Please visit the event page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/events/1621999948038893/

Will the Enduro en DH by run on the same track, lines? I have never been to 139.

Also, I want my GF to ride as well, I assume there are b-lines etc?

Sounds like a fun event...

There will be "b lines" around all the major obstacles, and a separate Enduro line. You do not have ride anything outside of your comfort zone. During the timed event the time for both lines will be added together for an individual's total time. ( I hope this makes sense.) So in other words you'll do 2 timed runs: 1 on the DH line, and 1 on the Enduro line, regardless of what bike you are riding.

Please bring your girlfriend, we need more ladies at these events.

Some updates on the routes:

There is no enduro line. There are two different lines: An A and B line, which are both Enduro friendly. It is not a completely different track. There will be different lines feeding off the main track. Track A will be race run 1, and track B will be race run 2. The combined times will distinguish the winner etc.

Hope this clears it up for everybody.

Anybody riding 139 this weekend, want to try it out but never been there so a" guide" would be cool.

I know where Wolvespruit is at least, so I believe it's other side the N1 but anymore specifics or should I just use the coordinates?

The track is in perfect condition, we worked on it 2 weeks ago, but the damn water problem is 50% solved. Its not so bad only 10m of water. We sweeped the b lines next to all the major jumps, so it is perfectly safe for anyone, even on a SS Rigid bike.
