I am building up my bike this weekend with a mixture of Chorus and Record but have a few questions:

1) How does the quick release on Campy brakes work?

2) Which is the brake cable housing? There are two types of cable housing, the one that looks like a coil all compressed and the one with wires that run around the circumference of the housing. I am assuming the one with the wires around the circumference is for the shifter cable.

3) Any other useful info you could give me before i attempt this task?

The first thing I noticed when looking at the Ergo levers is that Campy's design is a lot simpler than Shimano's.

On the brake lever there is a knoppie that you can press.  Brakes open....

Thick one brake, thin one Cable.

3.  Yes both cables run under the handle bar tape.Wink

Yes the front derailer is designed to be "feathered" so don't be surprised when you can click once or twice before the chain moves from the one chain ring the other.
