I'm planning to do the Forest to Falls and heard that its muddy and slippery, what tyres are the best for those conditions. moonlight2008-04-11 00:01:53

Larsens are great when its dry, when its wet though.... hmmm, no comment. Try the Larsen Mimo in a 1.9 at the rear and a 2.0 at the the front. My 2c.

We were really suprised (even amazed) at how these tyres handled the mud. Loads of guys were slipping and sliding and we had very good control, even on the single track down to where the race was cancelled on day 3. If I could only take 1 type of tyre to a race, then the TT's would be my choice. Good in the dry, fine in the wet. A good alround tyre.
