Myself and a few friends are planning to do a MTB ride/tour in Lesotho in December. Its 4 days and you cover about 280km. The tour operator gives back-up, 3 meals a day and a place to sleep at night at lodges or a guest house. Did any of you guys did something similar and maybe can give us some tips.

The Doctor was contacted today and according to him he spoke to the race organiser and negotiate to when and how the money will be paid. Is this still an empty promise, so we wait again - so does the kids that the money was promised too.

Well according to the race organiser no money was received from you (Helivac) and the winning schools did not receive their money.

What happened to Hellivac - seems they are in trouble. They promised money for the High School series last year and they are not responding to telephone calls. The R10 000 to the 3 winning schools are still outstanding.

My first bike was a yellow Fausto Coppi with I think Shimano 600 components.

I use the Selle Italia SLR XP it is a hard saddle but it works for me, got the same one on the MTB with a "thudbuster".
