Tubbies - reduce pressure when not in use?

It was mentioned to me recently that tubbies should not be left at 'full' pressure when not in use as it may actually pull a wheel 'out of true' due to the high pressure ..... being new to it I wondered if that is really true?

Seems like an urban myth to me .......

Shouldn't happen if the tubbies have been cured in a mouldy dungeon for at least a quarter of a century. As tubbies should be.

Drop pressure immediately if you leave them in the sun, like in the car

Otherwise, mine loses air naturally with time, in between use
