I knew the Boks would lose but I was hoping Spartacus would make that turn (something inside me was worried all along). Absolutely destroying Boonen on Die Muur in the 2010 Tour of Flanders. Outsmarting Vanmarcke on the Velodrome in the Paris Roubaix. What a man. And he did without needing to get out of his saddle on that 19% slope...

The intervals sessions with Spartacus in Paris Roubaix are a big reason for this. If I'm feeling lazy and the IDT session is stalling, the quickest way out of that is to switch to AVDP.
