Remember, unaccustomed fatigue plays a major role in muscle cramps; Stretch regularly and particularly those muscles used in your more strenuous training sessions; i just cut and pasted the first 2 points in the summary from 'in our guide' thats all you need to do - the rest is just trying to convince you to part with your money to buy products that don't work
