Thank guys! I must say, Im really pleased thus far.

I went for a hour and half spin with 3 climbs in it. At first the bike felt really stiff, like a brand new bearing assembly feels. I could feels that the BB would need to be ridden a bit to loosen up. On the first flat parts of my ride it felt like I had to work the bike to keep it going, but when I freewheel the bike kept rolling normally. On top of the first climb I decided to drop my saddle a tad and from there on thing just got better. I havent been on a road bike since the DC, so this could have been the cause of the dead feeling.

So ride quality is totally different to my ex aero bike. The aero bike was harsh, you felt every part of the road that you rode. It did hower feel as if it kept speed more, but cornering was twitchy and sprinting felt like an effort. In contrast, this bike eats road buzz. It does feel as if it keeps less speed, but in reality it keeps speed just as much as my previous bike. Now come the biggest differance, when standing on the pedals you can feel how stiff the BB area is, there is no hint of flex. Sprinting feels like you have 200Watts more to put out. I actually also noticed that I was standing and climbing more than on my previous bike.

Overall, I think this bike will fit circuit racing and endurance rides. Im looking forward to using it in SA champs next year. I recon I will only really know how well it races as soon as I start racing in 2016, but Ill be riding in golden gate a bit during the holidays, so Ill be able to give a good description on climbing then.

Thanks
