I see they advertise SLUDGE tyre sealant on the hub page. I am a roadie. Does it really work ??

You should have stopped asking after you said you are a roadie. It's just not on on a road bike.

i seems so. i've had it in my road tyres for 2 months and havent had any punctures yet

How do you know? If it works you will never know about the puntures. If you do get puntures, you wil now it does not work.

Dunno about Sludge, but I put the cheap pink Raleigh stuff in about 18 months ago, and no punctures... Ok, I lie, I found the front wheel flat about two months ago, I just pumped it back up, and hasn't gone down again. Oh, and thats in Conti tubes and GP4K tyres...

I know it is not on for a roadie but I stay in the platteland(limpopo) and the roads we ride are full of broken beerbottles. I pick up a flat at least every 2nd/3rd Saturady

...and the next question is...how do you put it in??

Get a lekker fat syringe and inject it in through the side and then then just patch that little hole to make sure.

deflate your tyres. snip the top off the sludge bottle. screw the sludge bottle onto you valve stem. squeeze sludge bottle until empty. remove sludge bottle. inflate tyres
