Strava to Garmin Connect

hi!

 

is it possible to load a ride from strava to garmin connect? i forgot my garmin at home and would like to add my rides to garmin connect.  if it is possible, how do you do it?

Yip - you should be able to export the ride from Strava to a GPX file and then upload this to Garmin Connect. These guys got it to work:

You can through http://www.tapiriik.com/  It syncs both ways so if ride in Strava it will be loaded into Garmin Connect.

Yeah if all else fails -> export -> import.
