Did not keep track really of what I ate today but will do so tomorrow. 44min cardio in the gym. Shoulder still sore so still no weight training. Beesrib Posted May 30, 2017 Share Ok. This morning I managed to get on the scale and it was racing away close to 100 and stopped on 96kg. Will be glad to see a constant 94-95 end of June! Could not really get going. Motivation was just low. The last three weeks or so have been great though. Got a trainig program and stuck to it.Got a eating plan and stuck to that also.
