Did not keep track really of what I ate today but will do so tomorrow. 44min cardio in the gym. Shoulder still sore so still no weight training.

Beesrib Posted May 30, 2017 Posted May 30, 2017 Ok. This morning I managed to get on the scale and it was racing away close to 100 and stopped on 96kg. Will be glad to see a constant 94-95 end of June! The real trick is to keep the kg's lost, lost forever.

Could not really get going. Motivation was just low. The last three weeks or so have been great though. Got a trainig program and stuck to it.Got a eating plan and stuck to that also. Weight went from 97kg's to 92.8kg's today. (3 weeks)And my FTP went up 8% (3 weeks)
