Hi gents (& maybe more specifically ladies)

 

Where online or in/around Centurion can I buy silicon elastic (that's those things stitched onto the inside bottom of a cycling jersey that stops it from 'slipping/moving up'?

 

I've been to Metro/other material shops and cannot find.

I would say Fionas in Randburg or Chamdor Faktry Sales in Northworld/Northriding.

It's not close to Centurion though but is like the Makro and Trade Centre of material and sewing equipment.
