Do any of you use nose strips or the "Turbo" nostril inserts . I have a deviated septum and suffer from a blocked nose . I heard that these devices are pretty good , I just dont know where you can get them from . Any idea's ?

Best thing Ive ever done was a septum reconstruction.

You can lie on either side without a blocked nose in the evenings.

Post op was not fun for about 3 - 4 weeks but after that it was all good.

And you can breathe lekker
