SwissVan Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 thanks for all the wise advice - much appreciated guys. Loosening the straps - a lot - has already made a significant improvement. Going to shift the cleats for tonight's ride and see what happens. Thanks again all Howz dem bones?
Garamundege Mugabe Posted February 2, 2016 Author Posted February 2, 2016 Ok, riding with the straps much looser gave immediate improvement. I also moved the cleats on the shoes as far back towards the heels as they could - about 12mm. I'm still getting used to this adjustment, but it also has helped. I know that adjustments on a bike should be made in very small amounts, but this new position seems to work for me.. so, thankyou all for the friendly, wise advice gentlemen
