firewolf Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 Recently bought a time full carbon saddle from a bike shop in Muizenburg. R1000.00 It lasted a whole week then the rails compressed and cracked. It was mated with a FSA carbon seat post and torqued to the required spec. Took it back and after another week they informed me there was nothing they could do about it. Curious to see if the agents for Time can be contacted.. Have searched the net but only get the France details. Can anyone tell me who the agents for Time are in South Africa?

Rust Never Sleeps Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Good spot-I looked on their website after reading the previous post( Timesport) and catalogue- they produce bikes, pedals, stems but no saddles. You may have invested in a 'Timearello'-Chinese knockoff. If you bought it from LBS then they must explain I am sure J and J will quickly tell you whether they have supplied to LBS and whether TIME do make saddles
