Don't think its unusual, the riders forum from Epic website links to Bikehub.

The problem is that the entry will be due tomorrow june 30.

I was one of the lucky ones to "finally" after 7 years to win the lottery but I don't have a partner at this moment. I register in the Gran Master Cat as I'm 65 but if necessary I can go to the Master Cat. I'm a Venezuelan native (South America) but now I live between Cartagena-Colombia and Miami. I finished BC Bike Race in 2014 and Colorado Break Epic 2015. I just paid for the hotel upgrade accommodation for during the race as well as a 4 days pre event pack hotel accommodation as I will be coming from a long journey.

 

Hope to get as much information of potential candidates to be able to evaluate the options.

I was one of the lucky ones after 7 years to got an entry for the 2017 Cape Epic lottery. A

 

Unfortunately at this moment I don't have a partner to do the race so I'm locking for one.

 

I registered in the Gran Master Cat as I'm 65 but if I have to go one Class down to the Master Cat I might do it. I have certain experience in MTB from Venezuela where I'm from. I'm Bici Bike Race 2014 (Canada) finisher which is a 7 days stage race as well a Breck Epic 2015 finisher in Colorado-USA. Now living between Cartagena-Colombia and Miami.

 

I book in the hotel package for during the race and got a 4 day pre race hotel accommodation as well as my journey from this part of the world to SA is a long one.

 

Hope to be able to find the right candidate.

What are the Epic rules regarding selling tickets for profit, isn't that becoming ticket scalping?

WAITING LIST - anyone know what your chances are of getting an entry if you are on the waiting list?  Im around number 60 on the list but not sure how often that many people drop out.

I have secure a team entry for Cape Epic 2017 but don't have a teammate at the moment. I'm  registered for the Gran Master Cat but if necessary I'll go to the Master Cat.

 

Now I live between Colombia and Miami and have some experience in stage races (Bici Bike Race 2015 and Break Epic 2015). 

 

I just plan to finish Cape Epic it in one piece, no intentions no get podium OK.

 

I already pay for the pre hotel package as well as the hotel package for during the race.
