Good one, Cav' ????????

Why so happy clappy, Cav'?

Because Tommeke is looking good for Doha?

Or what could it be? ????

We had a family shindig unfortunately.

Read all the posts and watched the last 10km this AM.

Because.....Contador, Contador, Contador!

Wonder if yesterdays attacks by the GC guys and Froomes failures would influence the Giro and TDF rout makers into putting more short punchy stages in their respective tours.

I'm all for it, not because Froome got caught out as i do like him but it would allow for better racing and maybe even see the GC guys take on more Grand Tours a year.

We can always hope.. there was a short stage during the Giro this year and it was also a brilliant stage....

I really enjoyed the racing yesterday. Bertie and Nairo looked hungry and both did some serious work during the day. It sets things up nicely for the final week.

The Vuelta turns out to be everything the TdF was not this year.

Pic Of The Day (yesterday)

The red jersey, alongside a legend, on the flats surging away from the rest of the GC contenders

I am going to say something here...and don't take it the wrong way...but why do we come out with pitchforks when we see locals competing after a doping ban..but contador is a legend?

Because the locals around hear that have been bust are generally considered to be a bunch of twats?

Also they aren't Bert and have never been able to light it up quite like he does.. perhaps his fighting spirit, his outlook on life and his relationship with his fans and the media?
