There are a number of wheelbuilders on the site. Search for the threads.

Personally, if I were you, I'd go to Anton Bosman at Summit cycles in Crowthhorne near midrand to have it done. He is an ace wheelbuilder and will give you excellent advice.

You need to decide if you want to upgrade or repair.

The cheapest option is to replace the rim with exactly what you have.  In that way you will be able to reuse the spokes.  Labour R200. Rim around R600. In using any other rim you will most likely need to get new spokes as well.

As your spokes are straight gauge (one thickness) and the hub you have is not the best you might want to consider an upgrade to a new wheel.  For a hand built wheel a rim will cost you in the region of R600 to R1500, labour R380, spokes R15 to 20 ea. and a front sealed bearing hub R600 to R800.
