Where to buy 3 hole to 2 hole shoe adapter

My road shoes are looking a little tired, and while I've got a replacement pair in the bag, it will save me some money on MTB shoes if I can simply convert my current Road shoes to SPD compatible.

 

There is a converter out there, ones made by sidi and wellgo are available internationally, but does anyone know where to get them locally???

I think I might have something like this somewhere in my garage, as far as I can remember it was Sidi's. I will have a look over the weekend and let you know.

Found them, Sidi's still in original packaging, as good as new, only used them for a very short time.
