Also recieved my first mail on the 24.08.2016 and again last night. I replied in both emails and I would like to proceed with my decals.

Hopefully I can report back of a positive expierence and quality product.

I have to agree with everyone here. The correspondence is not great. I wasnt in a rush so eventually received my decals.

Quality wasnt bad but I just could not get the crank protectors to stick to the contours of my crank. Have written the money off to school fees.

Ive ordered many times from Tyerone and will do so again. Just waiting for him to start producing crank decals.

Would I use dirt Apparel again. Nah not really

@Meentb I find that strange.

I have applied many crank decals before and never had issues.  Yes it is a very thick decal and its so for a reason, to protect you crank against impacts on rocks.  It is very important to clean the crank with a non oil based cleaner, methelated spirits works best. And then using a hair drier or careful use of a heatgun to manipulate the decal to the shape.  It has tremendous adhesive and I know guys who has been using the same product for over two years now.

You are welcome to contact me to sort the problem out.

Good evening Gys and everyone on this forum.

I bought two sets of crank decals from Gys. One for a sram crank and the other for a cannondale hollowgram crank.

Initially i tried to fit it the decals to the Cannondale crank. It wasnt very successful. I tried to restick the decals to the backing and try again another time.

Recently i applied the sram decals. Massive success. Just left eveything in the sun for about 10mins.

So from my side i would like to apologise and say im a knob that didnt know how to apply the decals. I have and would suggest Gys to any other hubber out there.

Regards

No worries Meent

If you want to remake those decals for the hollowgram arms let me know and we could do it at a reduced price due to a remake.

Keen to see photos please.
