I wear a XL Vermarc relax bib

Height 191cm

Weight 82kg

Hips 104 cm

Inseam 84 cm

Not sure if this helps!

Thanks, I'm 183cm/88kg. Still working on getting my weight down so should get away with the XL then.

how do you find the quality/comfort of these bibs ?

The quality is crazy good. A really tough bib. Comfortable to. Sat for up to 6hours in the saddle no problem. Used cream of course.

Great thanks.  Will put an order in asap.

My pair was sent from belgium, couldn't wear the shorts at all on long rides without my arse being in pain.

Eventually my butt got use to it (8-9months later) but then the shorts dry wick repellent started peeling kinda disappointed as its now only used on IDT sessions.

Not sure. The Vermarc Relax bib is the opposite to what you're explaining. The Relax has a red chamois. This is my third year wearing the relax and I'm about to use in ten min. Have a Lekker woman's day.

The Relax has red chamois, the PRR has blue chamois.  The PRR is the more expensive product - it's slightly lighter and tighter than the Relax.

I have a few pairs of the Relax and one of the PRR.  The PRR is still only 6 months old, but I've had no problems with them or the Relax.

I don't ride any other brand now - they're definitely the most comfortable bibs I've used, and I've tried quite a few brands.  They also last well (the Relax at least - I'll get back to you in a year regarding the PRR).  I got mine at the CTCT expo because I wanted to try before I bought.

For the OP, I'm about 65 kg, 182 cm, and I use size L bib.  For the Vermark jerseys I go with size M.

Going to have to get one soon. Will probably order from Buycycle for r1400.

My fancy 6 month old Assos T Cento has a tear in it just on the inside of the thigh, what a waste of R3k as I've never found them to be comfortable.

so the R1400 Vermarc Relax bibs are a lot more comfortable than the R3500 Assos T Cento's. Tested both on back to back days on 2hr+ rides and the Vermarc wins hands down.

The only benefit of the Assos is the low cut front which makes it easy to take nature break...

That's a good price too.  I'll keep it in mind next time I buy.  How was your experience with Buycycle (in terms of service)?

I bought a while back from buycycle(not these bibs but some shirts and other stuff) they were good, no complaints and Im now thinking hard about these bibs everyone is talking about.

Service from Buycycle wasn't bad at all but their silly exchange policy will catch you out for a few extra Rands.

The bibs are top quality, spent 5 hours in them on Sunday and they were extremely comfortable.

Will definitely get another pair soon.
