  1. 1. When training on the road I use the following:

    • Lights on front and rear, properly charged, day or night time, with high viz clothing
      4
    • Sensible lighting options and visibility clothing when required, always after dark or before sunrise and during low light conditions in the day time
      10
    • Lights and high viz only outside of sunshine hours
      2
    • Sometimes use a rear light, but it weighs nothing and it still has the same battery that it came with in! Fashion over function ekse!
      1
    • Any colour as long as it's black. Lights are for pussies!

  2. 2. How confident do you feel training on the road:

    • Love it! No worries
      2
    • Mostly comfortable and open to riding new routes
      7
    • Stick to established routes only, unless I'm in a group
      8
    • Closed circuit training and closed road race days only

    • The road? Not without leaving my updated will at the door on my way out!

  3. 3. I can look back and still ride comfortably in a straight line:

    • Whenever I need to or I have a rear view mirror and use it properly
      5
    • Almost anytime unless I'm concerned about the road edge
      9
    • Only when I have a wide gap on the road as I tend to drift when I do
      3
    • Is this something I'm supposed to take the time to learn?

    • Nought, the past is behind you bru! Forward only is the future!!!!

Awesome, I would like to see a survey taken by drivers concerning cyclists on the road. I'm sure they are also faced with issues around visibility.

Could you imagine how objective that would attempt to be and potentially fail? Still worth someone pursuing, if they're able to phrase the survey so that it gets a meaningful response!
