I'm sure he could make some awesome drops for you http://mercerbikes.co.za/ awesome little balance bike Some examples of curvy curves
Eddy Gordo Posted August 31, 2016 Share Maybe try to get an exhaust shop to bend you up a set in stainless. However get a mockup or sample for them to follow.

Was my first port of call. Love his work, there is one of his bikes that commutes past my house everyday!
Pure Savage Posted August 31, 2016 Share YES! This is pretty much what I would want! I will go home and measure the size required. That bike is the business, may remove Marcey baby's brake to! shaper Posted August 31, 2016 Share Salsa bar go down to 34cm width http://salsacycles.com/components/category/road_handlebars/pro_road_small_2 And Soma do a kids road frame set with bars 30cm, so maybe can start on balance and progress to kids road frame, bars could be used and transferred as they grow http://www.somafab.com/archives/product/lisa-kids-road-frame-set
Riaan373 Posted August 31, 2016 Share My son has the same one. I was thinking of making it more like a proper mtb. Some wide bars and mod it to take a disc on the rear as the std brake isn't working to good anymore...
Riaan373 Posted August 31, 2016 Share Where are you situated? I might be able to make a drop bar for it.

Pure Savage Posted September 7, 2016 Share Ok, normal pipe not going to work, took your suggestions, going with 22mm copper pipe, but too thin for stem, so have this set up. So that the coupler will make the pipe a bit thicker for the stem clamp. Anyone have a clue how wide a 22mm coupler external is? Just need a pumber in and around claremont. Bike is being dropped off now for some magic.
