Expert Carbon Frame assessment

Hi everyone:

 

I am looking to buy a second hand MTB hard-tail carbon frame on the Hub. Before buying I would like to get someone (an expert) to assess the frame for any damage and or cracks.

 

How does a frame get assessed and who are the experts in the Johannesburg/Pretoria area?
