Hey Griffin: Where do we ride this weekend to sneak a view and also help if needed? In other words where are the stages...

Not to forget about the Spionkop ascent and descent.....that drop down Spionkop into Emseni remains my favorite piece of track. Up was a different story...

Doing my first ride this year....solo nogal. Very excited to get going. Anything suggestions or advice from you guys who have done this before? How much riding kit do you need, and is there any other special tips or tricks that I need to know? Thanks

Watched on the telly. Fantastic racing.....My biased opinion about Nino is that he is a fair loser. I also believe that you can only win if you know how to lose.. So, you guys who were there, what was it like seeing the Pro's racing live?

I promised myself I will not do it.....but alas.....just spent 30 minutes browsing, drooling and daydreaming on the Santa Cruz website......

I do not know the Tokai Trails and I hope that I will be able to ride there in the not so distant future. Good luck to all who entered, and to the eventual winner, which is Mountain Biking in the Western Cape.

Thanks Griffin. I went to watch the elite men on Saturday. Amazing to see the speed and skill these guys possess. Alan Hatherley blew the field away, but comeback goes to Philip Buys who came from 16th after lap 1 to finish second. Was a great day out. Also did plenty of riding in Howick. Discovered a little section that is called "Bitch to Quarry" on Strava Do the guys go down the quarry on that "cliff" line?

Hi Griffin: I checked Trailforks just now. Seems like we can ride this long weekend all areas except the red block? Any news on the Karkloof Trails.....access from Howick/Kwavula by tar road only and join the trails at the Dovehouse turn off? Any club rides this weekend. Would like to join a ride if there is one going.
