Steerer Length of my Scale 940

Hi guys, hope everyone is doing fine (it is Friday!).

 

I want to purchase a shock, but not sure if it will fit on my bike. I have a 2014 Scott Scale 940 (Large Frame). I just want to know what the steerer length is.

That would be guessing without knowing how many spacers your system has.

Get a tape measure and measure the distance from the top of the fork where it goes into the frame to the top of the stem.  Subtract about 5mm from that and you should have your steerer length.

If the fork that you're buying is longer, it can easily be cut down.
