Why with the plethora of evidence and witnesses does the driver not get brought to book by the police, it's cut and dried, they know who the guy is, it's not a dead end case? That's callous on the part of the police, it's akin to minimizing everything you've been through. It's one thing letting go of your vengefulness towards the guy but he must still pay the price for his actions according to the law. At least some damages. Was the R1000 fine due to not having a license on him or not having a driver's license at all?

Same story from the guy who drove into me. I have hired a lawyer to follow up on my incident.
