great ride - kudos to Cresta.

 

Question - was there a direction missing at the end (n14 for 22K....seems they neglected to mention to stay straight at the big junction and head towards Roodeport)

The section on the N14, from turning left on it, up to the Pine Haven intersection (start of HP) is 22km?

 

I actually never looked at the route sheet, so not sure what it says to do once at Pine Haven

Front group also went straight instead of turning left at Hekpoort and right again to Magaliesburg. I don't think people look at the route instructions but instead just follow the bunch.

its a bit moot now - but basically, from the previous turn it said stay on N14 for 22 K - but that was wrong (ie it should be 10 K on N14 and at pine haven continue straight onto M47/Potgeiter Road for 12K). We almost turned left to stay on N14 towards Pretoria - but realized that was definitely not the way to go.    Regardless, great day. Thanks

You're right it is a bit moot, and I do not have a horse in this race, but Google thinks it 22km as well.

 

In the end we all made it safely back for a boerie and beer

 

EDIT: I'll pass the confusion on to the club for consideration.
