My previous orders has all been tracked so that was easier. I did not have the option to send it as a tracked parcel with UByk... I really wish uByk would fix that little hole in their service. A tracked option for overseas buyers is a must IMO.I don't think EMS willt contact you as this wasn't a priority package. You will receive a notification from the post office instead. At least that's how my package from Ubyk was processed.

It will definitely be worth the wait. I did send them a email to ask if they provide a tracking number and they said yes. I will wait until Monday for the response...

Shipping to SA is always slow and degrees of slow depend on what day it is! My last 2 CRC orders were 6 weeks and 8 days. Both same free untracked service.

The actual response shouldn't be linked to the delays due to shipping. But as mentioned before, I would like them to offer and expedited form of shipping. but slowbyk does work
